Who we are

The Sustend Group is a dynamic collection of consulting firms with a shared vision: to contribute to the well-being of properties today and tomorrow. Our name, Sustend, is a combination of the words “Sustain” and “Extend,” reflecting our mission to both preserve and develop properties for a sustainable future.

With our expertise, we help the community building sector create, maintain, and develop properties that not only meet today’s requirements but also tackle tomorrow’s challenges. We are proud to influence the development of housing, infrastructure, and other vital community functions that stand the test of time.

Our Identity

The Sustend Group is not your traditional consulting firm. We distinguish ourselves through extreme flexibility and a deep understanding of the customer’s business and expectations. Over the years, we have learned the importance of understanding and concretizing the customer’s needs, planning and following up on projects, and evaluating and learning from completed projects. Communication is our strength. We explain complex processes and technical solutions in a simple and easily understandable way. Our motto is: “Easy to do right.”

The Sustend Group’s business idea is to deliver high-quality consulting services within the community building sector. Through a developed business concept, we initiate, finance, develop, and support new Sustend companies in the community building field. We offer support with financing, development, and operations, as well as common policies, fundamental principles, and procedures.
